FINALLY! Lindsay has been wanting a loose tooth for over a year, not knowing what a pain (literally) it would be. Almost a month ago, we had dentist appointments (no one had cavaties, which is a first for my kids). That morning, before going to the dentist, Lindsay found that she had an adult tooth coming in behind her bottom front tooth. Perfect timing! My only concern was that the baby tooth in front of it wasn't loose at all. So while at the dentist, he loosened it for her and said to have her keep wiggling it and it should be out within a week. Well obviously that didn't happen. Dan made several attempts to pull it while I had to hold her down and she was screaming! We gave up on torturing her and made an appointment to have it pulled. She said she didn't care if the dentist pulled it, until I drove up to the dentist office yesterday. She started to get really nervous. My neighbor, Mindy, watched the boys for me and Lindsay's friend, Maizy, came with us. Lindsay willingly got into the chair and I knelt down by her and held her hand. Our dentist is awesome! I asked him not to give her a shot because a lot of times that makes it more traumatic. He agreed. He got out his pliers and Lindsay started to cry but held mostly still. He was trying to get the pliers around the tooth, when, "POP!" the tooth came flying out and landed on her dental bib. She cried for just a minute but later said it didn't hurt at all. She was just crying because she was scared. Phew! Glad it's over and so is she. She got a spinning toothbrush and a bracelet. Hopefully this is the last time we have to pay someone else to do what WE could have done if she would have let us!
The game. Homecoming 2021 finally arrived and it was such a fun night.
Especially since Paige was cheering and Curt was here from Utah! I loved

How exciting! How old is she now? Mia has lost 3 & she is only 5...well almost 6! I was concerned at first, but my mom (who's a hygienist) said I was an early bird too! So funny!
Laney keeps asking me when she's going to start having wobbly teeth.
Thank you guys so much for getting some of our pictures back. We really, really appreciate it.
My son has pulled out ever single tooth he's lost. He didn't want us to do it, either, so I said, "Ok, it's all you, then." I was glad, because I can't stand the thought of pulling out a tooth! Gross!
Hysterical! That's too bad this traumatizing experience was her first. Jaden's was somewhat like that and he hates it when I try to pull his teeth out. He always thinks it's going to hurt. Try a sibling...Jaden always let's Maddie do it!
How exciting!!! I didn't know that she already had her adult tooth in! Oh my, Lindsay is growing up so fast!
I know exactally what your going thru..when ellie had her 1st loose tooth she wouldn't touch it..one day at my friends house everyone gave money to ellie so we could pull it..she ended up with $30!!
