FINALLY! Lindsay has been wanting a loose tooth for over a year, not knowing what a pain (literally) it would be. Almost a month ago, we had dentist appointments (no one had cavaties, which is a first for my kids). That morning, before going to the dentist, Lindsay found that she had an adult tooth coming in behind her bottom front tooth. Perfect timing! My only concern was that the baby tooth in front of it wasn't loose at all. So while at the dentist, he loosened it for her and said to have her keep wiggling it and it should be out within a week. Well obviously that didn't happen. Dan made several attempts to pull it while I had to hold her down and she was screaming! We gave up on torturing her and made an appointment to have it pulled. She said she didn't care if the dentist pulled it, until I drove up to the dentist office yesterday. She started to get really nervous. My neighbor, Mindy, watched the boys for me and Lindsay's friend, Maizy, came with us. Lindsay willingly got into the chair and I knelt down by her and held her hand. Our dentist is awesome! I asked him not to give her a shot because a lot of times that makes it more traumatic. He agreed. He got out his pliers and Lindsay started to cry but held mostly still. He was trying to get the pliers around the tooth, when, "POP!" the tooth came flying out and landed on her dental bib. She cried for just a minute but later said it didn't hurt at all. She was just crying because she was scared. Phew! Glad it's over and so is she. She got a spinning toothbrush and a bracelet. Hopefully this is the last time we have to pay someone else to do what WE could have done if she would have let us!

It's a BOY!!!!
We've got another baby in the family! Karen and Christian welcomed a very big, healthy boy this morning. Harold Christian, going by "Harry" after my dad, was born today after a scheduled c-section. He is 9 pounds 9 ounces and 21 inches long! No wonder Karen couldn't breathe during this pregnancy. He is adorable! He looks just like his older brother, Nathan, but chubbier! They will be little buddies. So a little over 6 weeks until we find out if Harry has a little cousin buddy to grow up with or if he will be surrounded by girl cousins!! Congrats Karen and Christian!

IT"S ANOTHER GIRL!!!!!!
My oldest sister, Laurel and her hubby Sam, welcomed a baby GIRL today! This is their 6th baby and it's been over 12 years since they've had a girl. Needless to say, their oldest Kelly, cried and cried when they announced to us it was a girl! She hugged her mom for a long time. She's been dying for a sister and now she finally got one!!! After 4 brothers, I don't blame her. They named her Mary Lynne. She was born at 6:57 pm and weighs 7 pounds 10 ounces. We're so happy for you Laurel and Sam!!! Now Laurel's only problem is that she has no girl clothes because Kelly's were so old, she gave them all away. Maybe she needs a baby shower now! We're so happy to have these 2 new babies (see the post below about my sister Heidi's baby) in our family. My brother Matt and his wife, Lauren, had a girl in August, so maybe we're on a girl run for a while. We need it after 8 boys in a row!!! Karen is scheduled to have her c-section on April 21st and then I'm in 8 weeks. We'll see what the Lord has in store for us! Can't wait!!!

30 Weeks!
Ok, I was 30 weeks on the 26th of March, so this post is a little late. But here's the update: I had to have another ultrasound on March 24th because they couldn't see the placenta or the baby's lips very well at the 20 week ultrasound, so I had to come back in for another one. I was sooooooo tempted to find out the sex of the baby, but I stayed strong. I just LOVE the anticipation at the end. Anyways, the baby looks great! Almost 3 pounds and my due date is still June 5th. I few weeks back, I failed my first glucose test (the test you have to take to see if you have Gestational Diabetes), so on a Sunday morning, I had to drive up to the hospital and take the 3 hour Glucose Tolerance Test. You have to drink the orange drink, then they draw your blood every hour to see if your blood sugar is too high. Well, I passed, thank goodness, so I don't have Gestational Diabetes. I was feeling pretty good until my sciatic nerve became pinched a while back. It was so painful a couple of weeks ago that I could hardly walk. Then a little over a week ago, the pain got less and now there is NO PAIN at all!!!! I was even able to do some really ugly dance moves the other night at my mom's to show how good I felt!! Let's hope it lasts. So I'm doing good, baby is doing good and we only have 2 more months! WAHOOOOO!!!!!

AMY'S HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My youngest sister, Amy, returned from the Texas, Fort Worth Mission on Thursday, April 2nd! It is so nice to have her home! She is glowing and is so happy! It took forever for her to come off the plane and the anticipation was killing us! Jenny and Carter drove up from Arizona and surprised us all, which was fun to have them here. We missed having Matt, Lauren and Mattison here! When Amy FINALLY came down the escalators at the airport, we all started screaming and cheering! Then mom and dad ran to her crying and hugging her, then all the grandkids ran to her (some fo them crying too). It was so sweet. We all went back to mom and dad's and spent the day together. We love you Amy!
