BBQ with the Haskins

A couple weekends ago, our good friends, Hayley and Justin, had us over for a BBQ. We had such a good time eating, chatting, playing on their water slide and watching the South Jordan fireworks. Thanks Hayley and Justin, for always being fantastic hosts!

Before we left our house that day, our power went out. Then on our way, we saw this brush fire about a mile from our house. I was hoping we'd come home to our house still standing, and we did.

At first, Zane was very content with just the kiddie pool.

Then he suddenly got brave and and then we couldn't get him to come inside. We are so proud of our very cautious son for doing this. We're making progress.

Of course, Gavin didn't even think twice about going down. I think he went down the most (probably like 30 times)
